** Shares of Intellect Design Arena  INEE.NS  up as much as
5% to hit record high at 994.90 rupees
    ** Türkiye Vakiflar Bankasi T.A.O's  VAKBN.IS  arm inks deal
with co's consumer banking arm for using latter's platforms - co
    ** Stock on track for fourth consecutive session of gains if
trend holds
    ** More than 1 mln shares changed hands by 12:36 p.m. IST,
1.8x the 30-day avg 
    ** So far this year stock is up ~18%
