** Shares of video technology company InterDigital Inc
 IDCC.O  rise ~11% to $54.90 as co increases its share
repurchase program to $400mln
    ** The existing stock buyback program has been increased by
$333 mln
    ** Co also signs patent licenses for its video coding
technology with LG Electronics, renews licenses with Panasonic
and Samsung
