holding in Russia, announces about the changes in the agenda of the Board of
Directors meeting to previously convened on April 15, 2022 by absentee
voting.

 

The agenda of the Board of Directors meeting:

 

Determination of the amount of remuneration and compensation paid to the CEO
and members of the Management Board of Inter RAO.
