Video broadcast recording of reports on the agenda of AGM
Moscow, May 24, 2021 - Public Joint Stock Company "Inter RAO UES" ("Inter RAO", "Company", ticker on MOEX: IRAO), the largest diversified utilities holding in Russia, announces that on May 21, 2021 online video broadcast of reports and answers to shareholders' questions on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC Inter RAO based on the results of 2020 was held with the participation of independent members of the Company's Board of Directors.
Shareholders had the opportunity to watch the broadcast and to ask their questions via electronic services provided by VTB Registrar JSC (the personal account of the shareholder, the Quorum mobile app) and NSD JSC NSD ("E-voting").
We invite shareholders to review the video broadcast recording on the Company's website at the link http://www.interrao.ru/en/agm2021/ and to vote using the specified electronic services.
Dear shareholders, please be advised that the votes submitted by the voting ballots received or the electronic form of which was completed no later than May, 24, 2021 will be taken into account when determining the quorum and summing up the voting results at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
