Material transaction of LLC «BGC»

Moscow, December 30, 2021 - Public Joint Stock Company "Inter RAO UES" ("Inter
RAO", "Company", ticker on MOEX: IRAO), the largest diversified utilities
holding in Russia, announces that on December 30, 2021 Inter RAO has received
written notice from Limited Liability Company «Bashkir Generation company»
(LLC «BGC»), a company organized under the laws of the Russian Federation
and controlled by Inter RAO, which are significant for the Company's business,
that on December 30, 2021 LLC «BGC» (consumer) and JSC "Inter RAO - Electric
Power Plants" (supplier) signed supplementary agreement to the gas supply
agreement dated December 25, 2020. According to it the total cost of gas
supply for 2021 will be 8,597,643,024.95 RUB (approx. 86,998,312 GBP) or
14,12% percent of book value of LLC «BGC».
