Brief: Interbud Lublin signs construction contract in Lublin

Sept 22 (Reuters) - Interbud Lublin SA  ITB.WA : 
     
    * Said on Friday that it signed an agreement with Bricoman 
Polska Sp. z o.o. to sell an undeveloped property (of the total 
area of 23,592 square meters) in Lublin, Poland 
    * Said the sale has been a part of a construction agreement 
signed with Bricoman Polska on March 4, 2014 to construct a 
shopping centre and the surrounding infrastructure  
    * Said the company  will receive 12 million zlotys net for 
the construction of the shopping center and 5 million zlotys net 
for the infrastructure 
    * Said that for the completion of the agreement the company 
will be entitled to extra 200,000 zlotys net
