Brief: Interbud Lublin signs two contracts related to land plot in Lublin

April 2(Reuters) - Interbud Lublin SA  ITB.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that its unit, Interbud-Apartments SA, 
signed a contract with a private investor for sale of a land 
plot in Lublin for 1.54 million zlotys ($410,535)  
    * Additionally Interbud Lublin has signed a contract with 
the buyer for construction works related to building of 
necessary infrastructure for the land plot for a total of 1.56
