Feb 4 (Reuters) - Interbud Lublin SA  ITB.WA : 
    * Signs with two investors a preliminary sale agreement of a 
plot of land with property in Lublin, Poland, for 1.91 million 
zlotys ($523,600) net 
    * Also agreed to provide necessary infrastructure for 
additional 1 million zlotys net, once 1.91 million zloty deal 
comes through
