May 5 (Reuters) - Interbud Lublin SA  ITB.WA : 
    * Witold Matacz, a dominant shareholder of Interbud Lublin,  
 signs three agreements to sell the company's shares 
    * Among agreements are an agreement to sell 8.2 percent of 
the company's shares to Krajowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny and 
preliminary and conditional agreement to sell a 25.58 percent 
stake in the company to an investor
