Board Changes

 

Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management
and secure mobility, is pleased to announce that Royston Hoggarth,
Non-Executive Director of the Company will succeed Chuck Pol as the Company's
Chairman. Chuck Pol has been Chairman for the last four years, during which
time the Group has considerably strengthened its market position and is now
well positioned for the future. Chuck will step back into a Non-Executive role
with immediate effect.

 

The Company is also delighted to announce the appointment of Tina Whitley as
Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2022. Tina has over
30 years' experience across the information technology sector. She currently
holds the position of CEO at NEC Software Solutions, a provider of specialist
software and services for the public sector. Previously she was the Managing
Director responsible for the Capita SIMS Further Education and Libraries
businesses and, prior to Capita Group, she was Director of Operations at
Convergys. She has extensive commercial, operational and technical experience.
