Continued Momentum with New Contract Orders

Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital
identities, is pleased to announce continued momentum in the business with
further contract orders worth over $1.37m in aggregate, signed during the
quarter ending March 2025.

These include the following new orders:

· a major 3-year subscription licence order for MyID SecureVault
through a systems integrator for a government end client based in AsiaPac. The
initial order is c$0.55m over the period;

· enhanced professional services order, of more than $0.4m, to an
existing client in the US federal space to further assist the deployment of
MyID CMS;

· enhanced professional services order, of more than $0.25m, to an
existing client in the US federal space to assess and assist in a future
deployment of MyID CMS;

· professional services order, of more than $0.17m, to an existing US
federal agency, specialising in providing technological capabilities and
support to the national banking system.

These orders, received via our partners, further underpin the Group's revenue
(updated on 8 January 2025) for FY25 and contracted revenue backlog for FY26,
FY27 and FY28.

Klaas van der Leest, CEO, commented:

"We are very pleased to secure our second subscription licence order for MyID
SecureVault in AsiaPac, especially as we launched the new product only in
December 2024. The order was contracted through one of our partners, one of
Asia's leading cyber security services providers, and once again, underpins
our go-to-market strategy. It is another great example of an increasingly
geo-diversified pipeline.

Further, continued momentum in professional services contracts in our US
federal space is welcome, reassuring and underlines the business-critical
nature our software for our client base, both current and future".
