Transaction in Own Shares
Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital
identities, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback
programme announced on 25 October 2024, the Company has purchased 7,241
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares")
in the market at a volume weighted average price of 163.41 pence per Share
through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited ("Cavendish"). The Shares acquired
will, in due course, be held in treasury.

1 pence each in issue and 360,573 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
