New Contract awards and Renewals
Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital
identities, today announces the following progress in contract and renewal
orders in Q3 FY26, totalling not less than c$4.2m. These include, but are
not limited to, the following:
Licence orders:
· a large US Federal Government order for MyID CMS, totalling c.$1.5m
in licence sales and associated support and maintenance. The order enhances an
existing recent deployment which is now evaluating the use of additional
devices including USB tokens and FIDO passkeys in addition to PKI;
· a major licence order of MyID CMS from a systems integrator for a new
government end client based in Asia. The order is for c$0.63m with associated
multi-year (5.25 years) support and maintenance, together with development and
professional services includes a subscription licence order for MyID
SecureVault over a 5-year period; and
· an add-on licence order for MyID CMS, from a major systems integrator
partner with an end user client being a government agency in Asia, for c$0.18m
including 2-year support and maintenance;
Support and Maintenance renewals and Professional Services extensions:
· Department of State (DoS) annual renewal of support and maintenance
G-IDMS totalling c$1.15m;
· a two year support and maintenance renewal for a government agency in
Asia totalling c$0.19m:
· a professional services order for c$0.3m to provide SMEs to a
significant US Army deployment in the Middle East; and
· a professional services order of c$0.22m with DoS for the continued
maintenance of MyID CMS.
These orders were generated through strategic collaborations, demonstrating
the success of our partnership-driven approach and the strength of the Group's
broader network.

"In the trading update of 9 October 25, I stated that we remain focused on
converting pipeline opportunities as we move into the second half of FY26.
Whilst the market is still experiencing delays in awards, I am pleased
with the performance of the Group and our ability to be in a position to
announce a series of new contract orders together with major renewals from
multiple regions."
