        ** Private equity firm CVC Capital Partners is
considering to sell 60.4% stake in Indian cancer hospital chain

        ** Italy's Alfasigma S.p.A said  it had agreed to buy
U.S. drugmaker Intercept Pharmaceuticals  ICPT.O  for $794
million to expand its presence in the United States.

    ** Kenyan lender NCBA Group  NCBA.NR  intends to acquire all
the shares of AIG Kenya Insurance Company, it said late on
