InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Karen
Cadbury, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of Nicholas Cadbury,
a Non‑Executive Director of the Company, acquired a total of 800 Ordinary
Shares in the Company on 4 March 2026.   Details of each transaction can be
