Interim Dividend - Pence Sterling Amount Payable
On 8 August 2017, the Board of IHG announced an Interim Dividend of 33.0 cents per ADR and that the corresponding amount in Pence Sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 20September 2017.
The Pence Sterling amount payable in respect of the Interim Dividend has been calculated based on the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 15 September 2017, using the WM/Reuters closing midpoint spot rate as at 4:00pm (Londontime), resulting in an applicable exchange rate ofUS$1.355:1.
Accordingly, the Pence Sterling amount payable to shareholdersin relation to the Interim Dividendwill be24.4 penceper ordinary share.
