2026, the Company confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2025 have been uploaded to the Company's website

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1 and UK Disclosure and Transparency Rule
6.3.5, the Annual Report and Accounts have been submitted to unedited full
