Block listing cancellation and block listing return
International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the block listing of 92,910,234 ordinary shares in the Company with a nominal value of 0.50 each (the "Shares") announced on 3 February 2016 (the "Block Listing"), the Company has allotted a total of 92,910,220 Shares to the holders of the International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. 390,000,000 1.75% per cent. convertible bonds due 2018 (the "Bonds") who exercised their conversion rights in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds. 
Further to the Company's announcements made on 20 June 2016 in relation to the total conversion of the Bonds and the final allotment of 91,981,118 Shares to converting bondholders, the Company has now allotted the required Shares to all bondholders in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds. As such, no further Shares will be allotted pursuant to the Block Listing, and the remaining balance of the Block Listing (being 14 Shares) is hereby cancelled.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.5.6R, a final block listing return in respect of the Block Listing is set out below in the prescribed form.
