Cancellation of listing and admission to trading International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A.,390,000,000 1.75 per cent. convertible bonds due 2018 (ISIN XS0933556952)
International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A., (the "Company") announces that, further to the receipt by the Company of bondholder conversion notices in respect of all its previously outstanding 390,000,000 1.75 per cent. convertible bonds due 2018 (ISIN XS0933556952) (the "Bonds") and the RNS announcement made by the Company on 20 June 2016, the Company notified the UK Listing Authority on 18 July 2016 that the Bonds have ceased to exist and pursuant to DEPP 2.5.11(G) of the Decisions, Procedure and Penalties Manual the UK Listing Authority has removed any reference to the Bonds from the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.
