Following the announcement made on 24 September 2020, International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (the "Company") hereby notifies the market of the transactions of which it has been notified under article 19.1 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR'), relating to the number of new ordinary shares received following completion of the capital increase of the Company (the "Capital Increase") by Directors and members of the IAG Management Committee.
