The Board of Directors of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. has approved today the creation of a new Safety, Environment and Corporate Responsibility Committee, which integrates the responsibilities of the former Safety Committee while adding oversight over sustainability matters.
The Safety, Environment and Corporate Responsibility Committee will be composed as follows:
