The following notification is made in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

 

International Distributions Services plc confirms that the total number of
ordinary shares in issue as at 12 February 2024 is 957,093,475, each share
carrying the right to one vote.

 

No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company as at 12 February
2024 is 957,093,475.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations of which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, International Distributions
