Dec 18 (Reuters) - International Entertainment Corp  1009.HK : 
 
 * Unit Marina Square Properties, Inc as lessor entered into lease agreement with Philippine Amusement And Gaming Corporation 
 * Term of the lease agreement will commence from 1 April 2016 and expire on the earlier of 31 March 2031 
 * Says monthly rent payable by pagcor under lease agreement is same as that  payable under existing lease of leased premises
