MEMPHIS, Tenn.--  International Paper Company (the "Company") has filed a
Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
("SEC") disclosing that on 8 October 2026, the Board of Directors (the
"Board") of the Company, upon the recommendation of the Company's Governance
Committee, appointed Katherine Collins to the Audit & Finance and Safety,
Technology and Sustainability committees and Lori J. Ryerkerk to the
Governance and Management Development & Compensation committees effective
1 October 2026.
