International Paper Company Files Current Report on Form 8-K

February 14, 2025

MEMPHIS, Tenn.-- On February 13, 2025, International Paper Company (the
"Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission ("SEC") disclosing a commitment to permanently close a
containerboard mill in Campti, Louisiana. The mill closure will include all
production equipment with all manufacturing operations expected to cease by
March 31, 2025.
