On 26 March 2025 Mark Dixon exercised his right to acquire at nil cost 128,677 ordinary shares in the Company (awarded as nil cost options under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan on 9 March 2022). Following the transaction Mark Dixon holds an interest and voting rights in 254,924,275 ordinary shares representing approximately 25.3% of the total number of voting rights in the Company.
