Office rental firm IWG soars on higher HY earnings

** Global office rental firm IWG  IWG.L  up 6.8% at 170.5p
    ** H1 core earnings jumped 13% to $274 mln 
    ** Posts HY system-wide revenue of $2.09 bln, up 2%
    ** Expects 2024 EBITDA and net financial debt to be in line
with management's expectations
    ** IWG stock fell about 10% YTD
