CONFIRMATION OF NAME CHANGE

IWG plc (the "Company") today confirms its name has been changed from IWG plc
to "International Workplace Group plc".

At the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2024, the Company sought shareholder
approval to implement the name change, with 99.95% of votes cast in favour.
The change has now taken effect and the London Stock Exchange will be updated
to reflect this in due course.

Existing shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected.
Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for
all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.

The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and ticker symbol of the Company's ordinary shares
remain unchanged. The Company's Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) remains
