    ** Co raises net sales outlook for FY 2022 to $1 bln and
earnings per share to $3.25, from prior view of ~$975 mln and

    ** Revenue and profit forecast beats analysts' estimate of
$979.9 mln and $3.01/share, respectively
    ** Co's second-quarter net sales rises 18% to $244.7 mln
