FTC may restrict Omnicom, Interpublic over ad restrictions after their merger, NYT reports
June 12 (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is considering restrictions on Omnicom Group OMC.N and Interpublic Group of Companies IPG.N to prevent the combined entity from refusing to place ads on platforms for political reasons, the New York Times reported on Thursday, citing two people briefed on the matter.
