    ** Co reports Q4 revenue of $2.43 bln missing analysts'
ests. Of $2.52 bln - LSEG
    ** On an adjusted basis, co posts Q4 earnings of $1.11 vs
ests. Of $1.17
    ** The company saw a more than 3% fall in revenue from the
U.S. and the UK in the fourth quarter. In Europe, revenue
dropped 3% and Asia Pacific reported a decline of around 8%
    ** In 2024, the stock fell 14.2%
