    Italy's second-biggest bank has agreed with unions a
productivity bonus to be paid in cash and welfare benefits to
each of its 37,000 Italian workers, worth up to 2,200 euros
($2,357.30) per employee, the Fabi banking union said on
Tuesday.
    
    SAIPEM  SPMI.MI  
    The energy contractor said on Tuesday it received the
approval of Australia's National Offshore Petroleum Safety and
Environmental Management Authority to restart the pipe-laying
operations of the Castorone vessel involved in an accident last
month.

    L Catterton owned as of Tuesday 1,373,337 shares of the
group, representing 4.15% of Tod's share capital, the luxury
group said.
