ZURICH/BERLIN, Aug 3 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Monday:
    
    CORONAVIRUS
    Switzerland should tighten restrictions to curb the
coronavirus again following a recent spike in cases, in order to
prevent the need for much harsher lockdown measures in future,
the new head of the country's coronavirus taskforce said.

    Flights from Moscow to Geneva will resume from Aug. 15 for
passengers with residence permits in Switzerland, the TASS news
agency reported on Saturday, citing the Swiss embassy in Moscow.

    CREDIT SUISSE  CSGN.S 
    Chief Executive Thomas Gottstein wants to cut costs by 2% to
3% each year, he said in an interview published on Saturday,

    Investor Bill Foley is seeking $1.2 billion through an
initial public offering of a blank-check company, Bloomberg
reported citing people with knowledge of the matter, adding that
Credit Suisse and Bank of America Corp. were advising the

    * Aryzta  ARYN.S  - Canadian food and bakery group George
Weston  WN.TO  has expressed an interest in taking over the
company, it was reported by various media.  ARYN.S 
    * Partners Group  PGHN.S  said it had acquired Murra Warra

    * Interroll Holding  INRN.S  reported a 10.6% drop in sales
in the first half of the year, driven by weaker demand from EMEA
and Americas regions.
    * Relief Therapeutics Holdings  RLFB.S  has a patent for
RLF-100, or aviptadil, a synthetic form of a natural peptide
that protects the lung. U.S.-Israeli NeuroRx Inc partnered with
