ZURICH/BERLIN, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:
    
    IPO
    Family-owned contract manufacturer PolyPeptide is preparing
for a 2021 Zurich stock market listing as the company seeks to
raise funds for further growth, two people close to the matter

    * Givaudan  GIVN.S  said https://www.givaudan.com/media/media-releases/2020/givaudan-divests-pectin-business-to-herbstreith-fox
 it divested its pectin business that contributed 23.2 million
Swiss francs to sales in 2019. The terms of the transaction were
not disclosed.
    * Comet  COTNE.S  said it is buying Canadian software
developer Object Research Systems (ORS) to increase its
expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
