EQT agrees $14 billion takeover of Intertek, FT reports June 18 (Reuters) - Buyout firm EQT EQTAB.ST has reached an agreement to acquire FTSE 100 testing company Intertek ITRK.L for about £10.6 billion ($14.10 billion), the Financial Times reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Intertek's board plans to recommend a firm bid of £60 apiece as early as Thursday, the report said.
