ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS 2022

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules 4.1.3R and 6.3.5R, the Company announces that the 2022
Annual Report and Accounts has today been published on its website and
submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism in
unedited full text and includes the information to be communicated to the
media.

 

The 2022 Annual Report and Accounts is available on our website at

available for inspection at

A hard copy version of the Annual Report 2022 together with the Notice of the
2023 Annual General Meeting will be sent to those shareholders who have
