ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS 2024 AND NOTICE OF 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Transparency Rules 4.1.3R and 6.3.5R, the Company announces that the following
documents have today been published, posted to shareholders and submitted to
the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:

 

 ●    Intertek Group plc 2024 Annual Report and Accounts (in unedited full text on
      the National Storage Mechanism and includes the information to be communicated
      to the media);

 ●    Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting; and

 ●    Proxy Form for the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
