 BLOCK LISTING SIX MONTHLY RETURN AND CANCELLATION

Intertek Group plc (the "Company") currently has 51,059 ordinary shares of 1
pence each block listed under the Intertek 2011 Long Term Incentive plan.

 

All outstanding awards under this Plan have vested and the Plan has closed. As
a result, the block listing associated with this Plan has been cancelled.

 

The Company has made no allotments under the Plan since the last block listing
return was released on 22 November 2023.
