Intertek Group plc ('Intertek' or the 'Group')

Directorate change

Intertek Group plc ('Intertek') today confirms the following change to the
composition of the Board and information required under section 430 (2B) of
the Companies Act 2006.

Colm Deasy, currently Group Chief Financial Officer will move into an
operational role as Executive Vice President  Asia Pacific, based in Vietnam
and effective 10 April 2026. As a consequence he is ceasing to be an Executive
Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of Intertek with effect from the
same date. No payment for loss of office has or will be made to Colm Deasy.

Laura Crespi, currently Regional Chief Financial Officer, Europe Middle East
and Africa is promoted with effect from 10 April 2026 to the role of Group
Chief Financial Officer reporting to the Group CEO, André Lacroix and will
join the Intertek Board as an Executive Director and the Group Executive
Committee.

Laura has a stellar career in senior finance roles including being Group
Financial Controller for Intertek Group. Prior to joining Intertek in 2023,
Laura spent 5 years with Deloitte LLP and 12 years with RLEX Group plc,
latterly as Chief Financial Officer, Global Nexis Solutions. Laura is a
qualified chartered accountant.

André Lacroix, Group CEO, commented: "I am delighted with these two
organisational changes. Colm has been with the Group for over 9 years and in
that time has been an excellent contributor in both operational and finance
roles with a strong track record of delivering quality growth on a consistent
