Directorate change

Intertek today confirms the following changes to the composition of the Board
and information required under section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006.

Following the announcement made on 14 April 2026, Andrew Martin has stepped
down from the Board with effect from 20 May 2026 after serving for almost ten
years. Steve Mogford has replaced Andrew as Chairman with effect from 20 May
2026. Upon being appointed Chairman, Steve has now ceased to be a member of
the Audit Committee and will Chair the Nomination Committee.

Further to the disclosure made in the Nomination Committee Report of
Intertek's Annual Report & Accounts 2025, Gurnek Bains has stepped down
from the Board with effect from 20 May 2026 after serving for nine years.

Both Andrew Martin and Gurnek Bains will receive their normal director fees up
to the date of termination. No payment for loss of office has or will be made
to Andrew Martin and Gurnek Bains.
