NOTICE OF 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the Company announces that the
following documents have today been published and submitted to the UK Listing
Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:

·      Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM Notice'); and

·      Proxy Form for the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the 'Proxy').

 

The Notice of AGM is now available on our website at

will shortly be available for inspection at

The 2023 Annual General Meeting is due to be held on Wednesday, 24 May 2023 at
9.00 a.m. in the Marlborough Theatre, No. 11 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0AN.

 

Mailing will begin shortly to shareholders of the AGM Notice, Proxy and 2022
Annual Report and Accounts, which was published 21 March 2023.
