In accordance with the requirements of Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rule 5.6.1, Intertek Group plc announces that as at 30 April 2025 it has
159,769,471 ordinary 1p shares admitted to trading, all of which have voting
rights.

 

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for their
calculations to determine whether they are required to notify their interest
in, or a change in their interest in, Intertek Group plc under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
