UK's Intertek agrees to $14.5 billion takeover by EQT June 18 (Reuters) - Britain's Intertek ITRK.L has reached an agreement to be taken private by Swedish private equity firm EQT EQTAB.ST for about £10.9 billion ($14.5 billion) including debt, the companies said on Thursday.
