UK's Intertek in advanced talks for $12.5 billion deal with Sweden's EQT June 18 (Reuters) - Swedish private equity firm EQT AB EQTAB.ST is in advanced discussions to take Britain's Intertek ITRK.L private in a £9.4 billion ($12.49 billion) deal, the companies confirmed on Thursday.
