May 25 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ARAMIS  ARAMI.PA :
    French second-hand car group said on Wednesday that its
operating loss had narrowed to 7.8 million euros in the first
half of the year.
    
    DASSAULT AVIATION  AM.PA :
    French planemaker said on Wednesday its Board had decided to
reduce the company's capital by cancelling 556,179 of its own
registered shares, representing 0.67% of its share capital.
    
    DERICHEBOURG  DBG.PA 
    French company on Wednesday said that its recurring EBITDA
fell 21.1% year-on-year to 179.2 million euros due to falling
volumes and unit margins and increasing costs in its Recycling
business. 
    
    INTERVEST OFFICES & WAREHOUSES  PRIF.BR :
    Belgian real estate company said on Wednesday that their
shareholders had decided to pay 33.1 of optional dividends in
shares. 
    
    LDC  LOUP.PA :
    France's largest poultry producer on Wednesday reported a
higher annual EBITDA of 547.4 million euros, as price increases
helped offset the impact of bird flu outbreak and higher raw
material costs.
    
    ORPEA  ORP.PA :
    The ailing French care home company said a court Court had
extended the accelerated safeguard procedure by two months, to
facilitate its restructuring.
