 * Man Mohan Gupta, has resigned from the post of managing director

Interworld Digital Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has shut down its Mumbai operations w.e.f. November 01, 2015. Now onwards all business and compliance operations will be handled by New Delhi office. 
 
Further, Mr. Man Mohan Gupta, has resigned from the post of Managing Director as his health does not permit him to involve in day to day operations but he will continue to be Director of Company.
