    Oct 11 (Reuters) - Italy's Banca Monte dei Paschi BMPS.MI will hold a board meeting on Monday on its takeover situation following Intesa Sanpaolo's ISP.MI increased offer, Bloomberg News reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.
