MPS shareholders should reject bids for Banco BPM, Banca Generali, Glass Lewis says MILAN, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Leading proxy adviser Glass Lewis on Wednesday urged shareholders in Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena BMPS.MI (MPS) to vote against proposed bids for Banco BPM BAMI.MI and Banca Generali BGN.MI at an October 29 meeting.
