as 7.7% to $102.60 and Mosaic Co  MOS.N  jumps as much as 7.9%
to $66.99 after Canada's No. 2 railroad operator  CP.TO  halts
operations after talks with worker unions failed
    ** Strike is set to exacerbate potash shortages sparked by
