    * Company entered into placing agreement with placing agent 
    * Intends to about 60% of net proceeds from placing for 
expansion of group's financial service businesses 
    * Expects maximum net proceeds from placing will amount to 
approximately HK$53.5 million 
    * Appointed placing to subscribe up to 156 million placing 
shares at a price of HK$0.36 per placing share
